Architectural Review

Review of blueprints or construction plans. Feedback on kitchen/bath layouts, electrical planning, window placement, and custom millwork designs before construction begins.

Materials Sourcing Trip

Accompanied visit to local showrooms (tile, slab yards, plumbing). Focused material selection to expedite the decision process.

Room Refresh Package

Focused on furniture, lighting, art, and accessories. Includes 2 concept boards, 1 revised floor plan (with exact dimensions), and a shopping list with direct links.

Luxury Bathroom Design

Includes detailed elevations, finish schedules (tile, plumbing fixtures), lighting plan review, and full sourcing of all hard finishes.

Luxury Kitchen Concept Design

Focuses on cabinet layout, appliance placement, countertop/backsplash material specification, and preliminary lighting design. Does not include construction management.
